Министерство здравоохранения Свердловской области обращает внимание жителей области на сохраняющуюся неблагополучную эпидемиологическую ситуацию по кори на территории Российской Федерации, в странах Европейского и Азиатского регионов, где были зарегистрированы крупные вспышки кори.
По данным Европейского регионального бюро ВОЗ за 3 месяца 2012 года в странах Европейского региона (Бельгия, Франция, Германия, Италия, Румыния, Испания, Великобритании, Украина и др.) суммарно зарегистрировано свыше 4,4 тыс. случаев заболевания корью, а по оценкам экспертов ВОЗ, число заболевших значительно больше. Так, в Украине, по данным, опубликованным на сайте Министерства здравоохранения страны, на конец апреля 2012 года зарегистрировано свыше 8,3 тыс. случаев кори.
В связи с сохраняющейся неблагополучной ситуацией по кори, ВОЗ настоятельно рекомендует гражданам всех стран перед поездкой на Чемпионат Европы по футболу ЕВРО-2012, проведение которого планируется в июне-июле 2012года в Польше и в Украине при необходимости сделать прививку против кори.
По данным НИИ им. И.И. Мечникова РАМН среди населения Российской Федерации в последние годы отмечается значительный рост случаев этого заболевания: зарегистрировано в 2010г.- 129 случаев, 2011г. - 627 случаев, за 3 месяца 2012года - 1426 случаев (в 11 раз выше, чем за весь 2010год).
В 2011 году в РФ число детей заболевших корью до 1 года составило 12%, а детей от 1 до 2 лет - 20%.
Учитывая интенсивные миграционные потоки, а также неблагополучную эпидситуацию по заболеваемости корью, Свердловская область относится к территории высокого риска по завозу кори.
Основные клинические признаки и специфическая профилактика кори
Корь - вирусное заболевание.
Основные клинические признаки кори - лихорадка до 38—39°С, разбитость, общее недомогание, понижен аппетита. Появляется и усиливается насморк, появляется грубый «лающий» кашель, резко выражено покраснение конъюнктивы. Появляется коревая сыпь в виде мелких красных пятен, расположенных на слизистой оболочке мягкого и твердого неба. Эти пятна чаще локализуются на слизистой оболочке щек. Они представляют собой мелкие белесоватые, слегка возвышающиеся над уровнем слизистой оболочки пятнышки, окруженные узкой красноватой каемкой, и прочий сидят на слизистой оболочке. По внешнему виду напоминают манную крупу или отруби. В конце начального периода заболевания (3-4 день) температура тела понижается, затем с появлением коревой сыпи вновь повышается до более высоких цифр. Общая интоксикация и поражение дыхательных путей усиливаются.
Элементы сыпи склонны к слиянию, образуя сложные фигуры с фесхончатыми краями.
Характерен выраженный конъюнктивит, иногда с гнойным отделяемым. У некоторых больных отмечаются боли в животе, жидкий стул.
В 30% случаев корь приводит к осложнениям. Наиболее распространенные осложнения - диарея, пневмония, отит и другие бактериальные инфекции, а также слепота, поражения слуха, умственная отсталость. К редким осложнениям относятся миокардит, гепатит, гломерулонефрит.
У одного на сотню тысяч переболевших корью развивается тяжелое хроническое заболевание - подострый склерозирующий панэнцефалит (ПСПЭ). Оно развивается через месяцы и годы после заболевания корью, вызывая интеллектуальную деградацию, судорожные припадки, двигательные нарушения, заканчивается заболевание обычно летально.
Источником инфекции является только больной человек. Передача инфекции происходит воздушно-капельным путем. Корь -высококонтагиозное инфекционное заболевание. Лица, не болевшие корью и непривитые против нее, остаются высоко восприимчивыми к кори в течение всей жизни и могут заболеть в любом возрасте.
Самой надежной защитой от заболевания является вакцинация против кори.
Прививки проводятся бесплатно во всех прививочных кабинетах лечебно-профилактических организаций по месту жительства лицам, не привитым против этого заболевания или привитым однократно, не имеющих документально подтверждённых данных о прививках, не болевших корью.
